Dishin’ Out The Dirt - Jacana
Two great wins from Saturday’s senior games kept the 1st slim finals hopes alive. As the race for the finals heats up, so does the race for the inaugural Dirty Medal. So on with business.
Congratulations to u10s on their Big win!
Well done on a sensational win to the under 10’s for there 1st win against Jacana in the last round of the year.
The win was thoroughly deserved by all players and officials who have worked so hard during the season. Well done to Rod Meyer who has at times had a frustrating year as coach – but his commitment and passion has been sensational.
Congratulations also to the captain Dante, who enjoyed his first win as the under 10’s captain.
The boys have made some great improvement during the season and the club is very proud of the players and support staff’s efforts.
To help celebrate the win, the club will offer all junior players from under 10’s through to under 16’s a free bowl of chips and a can of soft drink for the last two Thursday night training sessions that the seniors have. The meals start from about 7pm.
